Arrival & Departure Policies

Although we prefer that Guests arrive at least one hour prior to closing, guests may arrive or depart any time during normal  business hours.

Please schedule your planned departure time to expedite the process.

Owners who pick up their pets by our 11am checkout time will not be charged for that day (excluding Sunday pickups).

Pets scheduled for a complete grooming will not incur a lodging charge for that day This does not apply to resort baths and ancillary services.
